We have flat rate shipping prices. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called USPS First Class Mail) from the Unites States, Ohio. We have unfortunately decided to stop world wide international shipping due to cumbersome regulations that vary by country. We currently only ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, & the UK. If you are in a non-EU country, you may contact us to see if we can ship to you also, although we cannot guarantee we will be able to.

Most orders ship from the United States, Ohio within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order date. Labels mail in a rigid envelope so they won't get folded or creased. U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called USPS First Class Mail) with tracking. Delivery typically takes around 3-5 business days to arrive at its US destination. Delivery times may vary and go beyond the estimated time frame, especially during peak mailing seasons such as Christmas. We cannot guarantee delivery by an exact date.

International orders mail via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called USPS First Class Mail) in a rigid envelope. Delivery averages 2-3 weeks to arrive. As of Nov 5, 2021, all of our International orders come with tracking. International customers are also responsible for any VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by their own country. Typical shipping times: Canada & UK 2 weeks, Australia 3 weeks. Some orders may take over a month to arrive. Orders may be delayed if they are held in Customs. Delivery times may vary and go beyond the estimated time frame, especially during peak mailing seasons such as Christmas.

International buyers, please note that while we ship via USPS through Asendia, a final-mile delivery courier will deliver the package once it enters your country. Final-mile partners are a mix of national postal operators (like Canada Post), alternative delivery providers, and commercial parcel companies. We are unable to select the final-mile carrier for your country, nor can we predict if the courier will have additional fees to deliver to some areas such as rural destinations.

★★★ CHRISTMAS Delivery info: Once an order is with the Post Office, it is subject to delays outside of our control. While the post office still typically delivers within their average timeframe, some orders may take longer to arrive within the US & several months to arrive internationally. This is not typical, but please understand that we cannot control the delivery speed of the mail. We have also seen gaps in USPS tracking info where there are no updates for days, even after we drop packages off at the post office. Eventually the tracking should start updating as the mail moves. Occasionally some USPS locations can be overwhelmed & backlogged. Thank you for your patience.★★★

Expedited processing and shipping is NOT available. Please order early if you need labels by a certain date.

Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. We only ship with USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called USPS First Class Mail), so we can only give estimated delivery times. Any mail delivery delays are outside of our control. Custom orders will NOT be refunded if they don't arrive when you need them.
