Return & Refund Policy

We hope you like our products! If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Basic non-customized labels & cloth covers may be returned for a refund. Items need to be unused and returned in original condition.

Customized labels are NOT returnable or refundable unless we made an error. Any design or text errors on our part will be reprinted and reshipped for free. If we print a label proof as approved by you, or if you supply incorrect text or typos for your custom labels, you will need to repurchase new labels. If you have a date pre-printed on a standard label, this is considered a "custom" label and cannot be returned or refunded.


  1. Contact Us via our website contact page (or reply to your email order receipt) to initiate your return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Once approved, we will provide mailing instructions to make your return.
  3. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  4. Processing time: 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please mail items back with USPS tracking for domestic orders & message us to let us know your tracking number. Please mail labels back to us in a rigid envelope so they aren't damaged in shipping. Items MUST be returned in original condition, otherwise refunds will not be issued. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a few business days.

Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. We only ship with the USPS, so we can only give estimated delivery times for your order to arrive. Custom orders will NOT be refunded if they do not arrive when you need them. Please review all processing and shipping times before placing your order. Once an order is given to USPS, there may be delivery delays outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Colors on computer monitors may vary slightly from the actual printed labels. We DO NOT offer color matching services. We cannot guarantee labels will match existing printed wedding materials, etc. Also, colors may vary some on reprinted labels.

Orders will not be refunded for items not received from incorrect shipping addresses. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you gave an old, incorrect shipping address & it is returned to us, we will invoice you for return shipping costs to mail to a new address. Please note, sometimes "Returned to Sender" mail can take longer or even go missing in the mail. We will not mail a new order (or issue any refunds) until we receive the original item back.
