Our Story
CanningCrafts has been selling colorful, adhesive canning jar labels since 2010. Our shop started with just a few canning labels. Now we have over 500 products that include custom labels, cloth jam jar covers, hang tags, and DIY cookie mason jar gift sets. We’re always adding peel and stick labels to our shop based on customers’ recommendations. Whether it’s something basic like an Applesauce label or more unusual like Watermelon Jelly, we’ve got you covered. Customizing honey labels for backyard beekeepers is one of our specialties. And printing custom maple syrup labels for backyard sugarers is super sweet too! Our canning jar labels are great for farmer's market sales, baked goods, and gift giving. Use them to dress up the mason jars in your own pantry or to give to friends and family!

Hi, I'm Alison Kay!
I'm a graphic designer, illustrator, gardener, and salsa maker! Combining all my skills and hobbies has lead me to start CanningCrafts! I started to design my own canning jar labels when I couldn't find anything nice to dress up my salsa jar gifts. My husband told me to just write on the lids with a Sharpie, but I couldn't do it! I just had too many people to impress with my salsa and art skills. My husband had ulterior motives too — he loves my salsa and wants to keep it all for himself!
Hi, I'm Jason!
I'm a post office pack mule, supply runner, lifter of heavy things, and whatever else Alison tells me to do! Often I get wrangled to help decide which canning jar labels should be added to the shop if Alison can’t decide. And on occasion I’ll help hold things in place during product photoshoots. I’ll gladly eat her salsa with or without a fancy canning label, but her labels do make jars look pretty swell.
Hi, I'm Tuna Fish Joe!
I'm Alison and Jason’s super cute Basset Hound Pit Bull dog! I was born with an extra cuteness gene and have two feet that are on backwards. My job is to keep mom happy as she works, greet the mailman, and inspect all mail deliveries when they arrive. I eat about 16 baby carrots a day and look forward to the fall apple harvest. I’ve been caught jumping up to grab apples off the tree (BAD Tuna). Follow me on Instagram
